Very kind and nice with the animal, they explained to us what they were doing and I found it very reassuring :) The veterinarians spoke English, very helpful for foreigners who're too scared to speak medical German :) I recommand :)

Dr. Findel is an exceptionally skilled and very empathetic veterinarian. She was able to detect a tumor in our dog simply by palpation, which was subsequently confirmed by X-rays and a CT scan. Thanks to her excellent network, our dog was able to have surgery quickly. Other veterinarians hadn't found anything similar just a few months prior. We were incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Findel. The entire practice team is also extremely friendly and approachable. We highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary clinic. I had to bring my cat in today for an urgent emergency and received immediate, competent, empathetic, and professional care. The entire team was incredibly friendly, took plenty of time, and explained each step of the treatment clearly. It was immediately apparent that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Even in this stressful situation, I felt completely at ease. A huge thank you to the entire team for the prompt assistance, the care, and the loving way they treated my cat. I am truly grateful.
