Tierarztpraxis Dr. Stephanie Findel

I took my little Yorkshire Terrier to this veterinary practice today to have his nails trimmed. First off: The practice makes a very clean and well-maintained impression. The veterinary assistant was also very friendly and patient. It's worth mentioning that our Yorkshire Terrier is a real scaredy-cat – both during examinations and when having his nails trimmed. Therefore, we had to resort to sedation, as he couldn't be calmed down and even managed to get out of the muzzle. We immediately stated that all his front nails were very long and that one of his back nails needed to be trimmed. The front nails were indeed trimmed. However, at home, we noticed that the overly long back nail still has the same curve and apparently wasn't trimmed. We were told that all his nails had been trimmed – and since our dog only tolerates this under sedation, we assumed that everything had been done. Unfortunately, that's not the case. The back claw is still too long and now I'm €201.11 poorer – which is really annoying.

Dr. Findel is an exceptionally skilled and very empathetic veterinarian. She was able to detect a tumor in our dog simply by palpation, which was subsequently confirmed by X-rays and a CT scan. Thanks to her excellent network, our dog was able to have surgery quickly. Other veterinarians hadn't found anything similar just a few months prior. We were incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Findel. The entire practice team is also extremely friendly and approachable. We highly recommend this practice to everyone.
