Reviews
We are very satisfied with the treatment our cats receive. The practice is always easy to reach in emergencies. We and our animals feel very well cared for. ☺️
A very friendly and competent veterinarian. One who isn't driven by profit, but is a veterinarian with a passion for his work. I can highly recommend him! We always feel very well cared for there and would gladly return.
An exceptionally good veterinarian who truly cares about the well-being of animals. He treats every animal with great empathy and love, whether it's a tiny kitten or a 40kg dog. He only treats what needs to be treated and is in the animal's best interest, not what will generate a lot of revenue. Furthermore, he takes our concerns as pet owners seriously and provides expert advice. I have never been to a better veterinarian than him and sincerely hope that he will continue to practice for many years to come!
Unprofessional and unempathetic treatment of both people and animals! I absolutely cannot recommend this practice. We took our cat there because of a swollen cheek. The vet only briefly examined him. When he then tried to look in his mouth, the cat became stressed and scratched him. The situation then escalated completely: The vet reacted extremely unprofessionally. Because he was bleeding from the scratch himself, he threw his own bloody cloth at the cat and seriously suggested the animal could now lick his blood. He also made the outrageous statement that the cat should be "euthanized" and that they were now "enemies." The vet didn't even properly examine the cat afterward, so the diagnosis remained vague and unprobable. Serious underlying causes, such as an infected tooth that would have required a completely different treatment, could never have been identified! For any further treatment, he simply suggested putting the animal into a coma. Administering the antibiotic injection was the next low point: The animal was so extremely squeezed in a cage by the assistant that it must have been in pain. There is a complete lack of empathy and professional competence in handling stressed animals. Never again!
I am deeply disappointed with this practice. My cat scratched the vet during the examination in an understandable stressful situation – behavior that can certainly occur in cats in such moments. However, the vet's reaction was completely unprofessional and lacking in empathy: he verbally abused the animal and said that the cat should be euthanized. I expect a veterinarian to help animals and react calmly, instead of wishing death upon an animal because of a scratch. We will definitely never go to this practice again...
