I find this veterinary practice simply exceptional! Years ago, Dr. Meier treated my cat, who had a pelvic fracture, by screwing and wiring it so well that he could climb trees again. After that, my female cat had an eye removed in a difficult operation, and everything went well. Her torn ligament was also treated fantastically, and a piece of new ligament was inserted. She, too, was climbing again afterward. And my male cat has been diagnosed with diabetes for over four years. With his treatment, specifically the dosage he prescribed for injections, he's lively and healthy. Dr. Meier is an honest doctor who would never prolong an animal's suffering just for profit, something I've heard from acquaintances about other veterinarians. He's a brilliant diagnostician and surgeon and has my complete trust. I recommend him without hesitation. However, I only let him personally treat all my animals. As of January 1, 2020, Dr. Meier unfortunately has a different area of ​​practice outside of this clinic.

Hello, it's finally time for me to write a review! We've been taking our Labrador Retriever to the Bamberg Animal Clinic with Dr. Meyer and colleagues for nine years now without interruption. We always drive 20 minutes to the clinic, even though there are other veterinarians nearby. We have always been very satisfied with the animal clinic, both during regular appointments and with the emergency services, which we have (unfortunately) had to use quite a few times. We can highly recommend these veterinarians!!!

For many years, we entrusted our cat to Dr. Meier or his colleague until her final moments. She always received excellent care. The advice was very good, and her passing was dignified. Thank you again to Dr. Meier and his team.

Dr. Meier is the best. I've always received perfect care for my dog ​​and rabbit. The dog's surgery went very well, and the stitches were excellent – ​​resulting in extremely aesthetically pleasing scarring. I would go back to him again in a heartbeat.

The doctor is simply fantastic, not a big talker, but a true surgical expert! My Chihuahua needed surgery on her kneecap. She's very small, so I was a little worried about whether she'd get through it all okay. I was able to call after the surgery and ask the doctor personally how it went. That put my mind at ease until I could pick her up. She was cared for at the clinic until she was fully awake. When I picked her up, they explained what was important for the next few days and weeks. The nurses are also incredibly kind and very helpful! Of course, surgery is very expensive. That's why I appreciate that only essential and necessary procedures are performed. And most importantly, the result is fantastic! She healed quickly. The stitches were perfect. And her leg works better than ever. I would choose this doctor and his clinic again in a heartbeat.
