Ms. Fiedler is a great veterinarian, but unfortunately the practice team, including the vet, leaves much to be desired. I've never been treated so rudely in my life, simply because I didn't know I needed the equine passports to pick up deworming medication... This is definitely not how you build customer loyalty.

Best vet we've ever had! Very friendly! She has a wonderful way with animals and answers questions without getting annoyed. Especially since, as a layperson and pet owner, you don't know much and are already worried sick about your pet. Thank you so much, Dr. Fiedler! 🩷 (Amy - Labrador)

Fanny had bladder stones that had to be surgically removed. CONCLUSION: Great team, short waiting times, empathetic treatment, loving aftercare. Simply top-notch. We'll definitely be back!

Ms. Fiedler was extremely unfriendly and became agitated that I had called her to treat my friend's horse. The trip to the stable was apparently too much trouble for her or didn't fit into her schedule. Never in my life have I met someone who was so rude and used such inappropriate language. A polite "no" to treating the animal would have sufficed. It seems that decency and respectful treatment of others are not something she takes for granted.
