A fantastic and hygienic small/large animal practice 👍 Even as non-clients, we received immediate assistance, whereas others show signs of being overwhelmed. We described our situation over the phone in the morning, and immediate treatment was possible. At reception, during the initial consultation, we immediately sensed the staff's love for all animals. Dr. Rüdiger was also very friendly, calm, and affectionate with our furry friend. He provided clear and direct answers to our questions, answering them very professionally and competently. The price/performance ratio for the emergency treatment, the medication, and the advice for further treatment was simply excellent 👍 There was absolutely no pressure to pay. Quite the opposite, in fact; they even gave us tips and supplies without charging for them. Very empathetic. Not only do the animals feel comfortable here, but the owners also feel truly valued.

For me, the best vet in the area. You're greeted by a very loving and, above all, understanding lady who even puts your mind at ease with a laugh. She guarantees expertise and helpful advice. I've always found the treatments to be brief, but she always explains everything you need to know, which is very good for the animal since dogs, cats, and mice are also under stress. Solutions are found very quickly, and everything has always worked out perfectly. Afterward, the bill is absolutely reasonable. In short, it's a fantastic vet, a fantastic team, and excellent value for money. I would never entrust my animals to anyone else. Many thanks to the team for doing such a great job! :-)
