We always visit the veterinary practice in Radebeul with complete peace of mind, because we can always rely on the team and the highly competent veterinarian. Our Labrador is truly in the best hands here. The practice in Weinböhla is also always very helpful and competent with any concerns. Many thanks to the entire team!

They welcomed us immediately and helped us. Others dismissed us or misdiagnosed us. Here they approach the matter with so much love for animals and not only help the animals, but also the owners. Thank you very much

Yesterday, Dr. Kluge had to put our dog down. He was the only one of the eight veterinarians we called who was able to do it for us. Although we aren't his patients, he handled it with incredible respect, understanding, and consideration. Despite the sad occasion, thank you again. There could hardly have been a better vet for this occasion; you can feel his love for animals. Also, just as a side note, the travel costs and... were very reasonable; we had expected more. Thank you so much.

I'm rather disappointed with my last visit. I showed up with my injured cat without an appointment, and that was probably a huge mistake. I was greeted very rudely, wasn't told how long I might have to wait, and they didn't even look at my injured cat. I then had an hour and a half, plenty of time to find another vet, and I left. It's a shame; that was my last visit there.
