Reviews
We always visit the veterinary practice in Radebeul with complete peace of mind, because we can always rely on the team and the highly competent veterinarian. Our Labrador is truly in the best hands here. The practice in Weinböhla is also always very helpful and competent with any concerns. Many thanks to the entire team!
Yesterday, Dr. Kluge had to put our dog down. He was the only one of eight veterinarians we contacted who was able to perform the euthanasia at our home. Although we weren't his patients, he handled the situation with incredible respect, understanding, and consideration. Despite the sad circumstances, we want to thank him again. There could hardly have been a better vet for this situation; his love for animals is evident. As a side note, the travel costs were very reasonable; we had expected to pay more. Thank you so much!
I'm rather disappointed with my last visit. I showed up with my injured cat without an appointment, and that was probably a huge mistake. I was greeted very rudely, wasn't told how long I might have to wait, and they didn't even look at my injured cat. I then had an hour and a half, plenty of time to find another vet, and I left. It's a shame; that was my last visit there.
The work methods and skills of the team at the Elbtal veterinary practice, Michael Kluge and Jörg Schumann, Radebeul branch, leave much to be desired!‼️ Despite having an appointment, I was turned away. Apparently, managing three waiting animal patients with appointments is impossible. My dog was put on the scale, and a reproachful remark was made: "He's really underweight!" Shock!!! A mistake in the weighing! The weight was perfect. Cash payment was impossible! The system had crashed. Apparently, there's no paper or pen. If I came every month, I could pay in cash next time. A pointless comment for a healthy dog. The vet's surprised remark: "Your dog already had a previous owner. Am I a breeder???" Almost every dog has a previous owner!!! A vet should know that. And there are even people who give rescue dogs a new home....❗️
A highly competent and friendly practice team. Our Merry (Jack Russell Terrier) is in the best hands with her chronic condition!
