Pure rip-off, the vet only has dollar signs in her eyes. Our cat was pregnant, and we had hoped for a bit more than just, "Yes, there's definitely something in there." An ultrasound wasn't possible because she doesn't have one. We didn't get an emergency number or any other helpful information. Just that we should come back in a week (so we can pay even more). She only said, "She seems fine," but we already knew that. She didn't even look at our other cat for five minutes, and it cost us 35 euros. All she said was, "It could be due to the breeding" or "It could be an autoimmune disease..." But what's the next step?! No recommendations or investigation into the cause. Everything had to be dragged out of her; otherwise, we wouldn't have even been in there for ten minutes with both cats, and we would have paid 70 euros for that... She came across as rather unempathetic and annoyed. And then, right there in the examination room, she asked, "Is that it?" And immediately after that: "Cash or debit card"—you couldn't signal a clearer rejection. The receptionist, on the other hand, is great and friendly and provides lots of information over the phone! We will definitely be changing vets after this.

The vet and her staff are very nice. They answer questions thoroughly. Our cat is doing well after today's spaying and we feel we were in good hands.

We've been taking our rabbits to Ms. Ritter for many years and are extremely satisfied! Of course, the practice is sometimes quite busy, but there are also days when we get seen immediately. That's hard to predict. The staff is particularly friendly and compassionate when dealing with distressed patients. What we also like is that we feel like there's a very good balance here between "trying everything" and "not letting the animal suffer needlessly." This is very important to us, even if the decision is made to euthanize... We feel that we receive both professional advice and emotional support at this practice! Kudos to all the staff there.

Today was our first visit to Dr. Ritter. We were seen quickly, and she and her assistant are very friendly, competent, and highly recommended! The consultation was very concise and helpful, and our usually very reserved cat clearly felt comfortable in her hands – a great first visit!
