Kleintierpraxis am Hechtpark Fischer

My dog had terminal heart disease when I brought her here. The vets were excellent. They gave me 5 extra months with my beautiful dog before she died. Nothing could be done for her, but those 5 months were beautiful, and she did not suffer. Only 4 stars because one of the receptionists wasn’t so good, but all the doctors are fantastic and their equipment and facilities are excellent. Thank you. I don’t speak much German, and everyone was very understanding of my difficult situation.

Our little Shushi was a patient at the clinic yesterday and now he feels better! The doctors are extremely friendly and very kind to the animal !!!! And the front desk lady was extremely kind as well! I recommend 👌 👏 👍

Very competent and helpful staff. They also have English speaking vets, which was super helpful! Our kitty was back to his normal self in no time at all.

Incredibly friendly staff! I really recommend this place if you are a foreigner needing a vet who speaks English. Dr. Rademacher was so kind, helped me solve some paperwork dilemmas with taking my cat Strudel back to the US, and she speaks absolutely perfect English. The front desk staff was also always so nice. They all made it a lot easier to be living abroad with my cat this last year and I am very grateful!

UPDATE: This is and will always be my favorite veterinarian practice I’ve ever been to. I would give Dr. Alexandra a million 5 ⭐️ reviews if I could! The entire team is always pleasant and knowledgeable. It is clear that the entire staff is passionate about the best interest of their patients 🐰🐱🐶🐦🐢 Our Sisi (a Dutch colored Zwerg Kaninchen) died while in the care of our sitter while I was out of town. The practice was closed at 7am when the accident happened and my sitter was scrambling to get her to the vet. This place was CLOSED and when they saw my sitter outside they opened and let her in. Sadly my baby was already gone but I was absolutely blown away at the amazing people who were working that morning and how well they handled the entire situation. My sitter called me and was so distraught she couldn’t even speak. One of the nurses took her phone and explained to me the situation. They even kept her body until I returned from my trip and the staff made this entire traumatic experience SO MUCH EASIER to handle. I still have 3 bunnies all of them are patients here and I will never take them to any other vet so long as I live in Dresden. 5-star staff. 5-Star service. 5-star care and support! I recommend Kleintier Praxis am Hechtpark to every single person I know with pets. Absolutely the best small animal clinic in all of east Germany!
