I am so glad to have found such a sensible and professional team in this difficult moment. I have to thank them for their agility, but also for their sensitivity in caring for my cat's health. Everyone, from the reception staff to the doctor who stayed in touch and provided updates late into the night, was extremely supportive. They also communicated in English, providing detailed information about the situation, treatments and emotional support. Despite it was painful to leave my lovely pet for treatment, it made me feel confident and comfortable.

My dog had a very sudden eye infection and I was able to find this place, to get help for him. It turns out they have dog eye experts on site! Not only that, but I got referred to a doctor who speaks perfect English, so I had no trouble communicating (still learning German) :) My dog received great care and medications, and his infection cleared out completely within a few days.

The holidays in Dresden ended before they started when our dog, Pepper, hurt her paw pretty bad while having a run at the Elbe. Fortunately, this clinic was open and avalaible for our emergency. They took care of Pepper very fast and she was brought to the operation room to stitch her paw. Everybody in the vet crew was nice with us and very calm, which definitely helped us handling the situation. We were worried and still quite chocked, that was the first (and hopefully last) emergency operation for Pepper. Also, good to know, they don't have an extra fee for emergencies on Saturdays and they have parking spots in front of the facility. Thank you!!

Unfortunately our 13 years old lovely dog had an illness and it turned out he had a serious brain tumor. We lost him because there wasn't any hope to keep him alive. The team was extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to help us in English. We really appreciate their work and empathy that was absolutely supportive in that sad and emotionally extreme situation.

I will begin, as others have, by highlighting the positives: the facility is easily accessible, scheduling appointments is a seamless process with minimal wait times, and the veterinary nurses are generally professional and kind. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ends. It is clear—as reflected in several other reviews—that this establishment prioritizes rapid turnover and profit margins over high-quality veterinary care. While I understand that a private clinic is a business, the lack of professionalism in how they prioritize "fast solutions and fast charges" is jarring. Once in the consulting room, there is a sense that the staff agrees with whatever you say just to keep the transaction smooth, yet there is a complete lack of clinical continuity. On multiple occasions, I found myself acting as a de facto medical assistant—having to remind the veterinarians of previous symptoms, past procedures, and medications that had already failed. It is disheartening when you expect a medical expert to have reviewed the patient's records or made basic annotations, only to find you are the one doing the heavy lifting to ensure your pet’s safety. Ultimately, I sought a second opinion elsewhere. The issue was resolved faster, with significantly more detail and organization, and at a fraction of the cost. It is frustrating to realize how much time and money was wasted while feeling that vital information was being withheld, whether intentionally or through sheer administrative negligence. To be clear: this critique is not aimed at the nurses or apprentices, who appear visibly overwhelmed and overworked. It is aimed squarely at the organization’s management. When I attempted to voice these concerns months ago, I was met with passive-aggressive deflections rather than professional reflection. I expect this review may be flagged as "false" to protect their rating, but I encourage anyone reading to look at the patterns in other similar reviews. Furthermore, if anyone knows the appropriate regulatory body or ombudsman where I can escalate this matter, please leave a comment.
