Visited because of an ear infection of my shepherd and we was able to get a quick appointment. Testing was a little over budget but this was last minute and they were very helpful. We came back before our trip back to Costa Rica and they helped us very much. We are very happy with the service.

Everyone is sweet and kind. From the nurses to the vets. They remember the pet's names and things about them. I have had very good experience in there.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Professional service given. My dog has been there twice so far and seems that it was given proper care.

The Staff is nice but the doctor don’t show any empathy for the animal. The information about the animal was vague and confusing which is not acceptable especially when the prices that are practiced are extremely high.

My two cats received excellent care at this veterinary practice. One of them recently had surgery, and the operation itself, as well as the advice regarding risks, aftercare, and other related matters, were outstanding. Even when I had payment issues with my bank, they were very accommodating and we were able to quickly find a solution, which saved me a lot of stress. At reception and during the treatment itself, I only encountered kind and friendly people. The prices are a bit above average, but for this level of care, it's absolutely worth it!
