We've been taking our three cats to this practice for almost three years and are completely happy and satisfied. All the veterinarians and staff are always friendly, highly competent, and dedicated. They have a wonderful way with our cats. Scheduling appointments is very straightforward and can even be arranged at short notice if needed. They always accommodate requests and find a suitable appointment as soon as possible. Waiting times at the practice are very reasonable. The practice is very modern and highly recommended, especially for cat owners, as they offer dental X-rays and routinely use inhalation anesthesia. The veterinarians are experienced with feline dental problems, and we always felt well-informed. The anesthesia management seems to be flawless, as each of our cats was back home bright-eyed and bushy-tailed immediately after their dental surgery. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the first-class medical care. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice!

Our rabbit hadn't eaten for days, and we'd already been to three other vets, but unfortunately, they weren't entirely sure what was wrong, and none of them could really explain what was going on. We found this rabbit-savvy practice on a very good rabbit website and got an appointment quickly and easily. We were warmly welcomed by Ms. Richter, and Ms. Pudmensky-Jähnig explained the procedure to us in detail. We finally felt that our rabbit was getting the help it needed, as there weren't just plans A and B, but also plans C and D. He was left there during the day, and we were to pick him up later, but we knew he was in good hands. When we picked him up, Ms. Pudmensky-Jähnig very clearly demonstrated what had been done and answered all our questions thoroughly. Our rabbit was feeling much better than he had been in the days before, and we could finally breathe a sigh of relief. We highly recommend the Boxdorf veterinary practice! There's a lovely, warm atmosphere, and all the veterinarians and veterinary assistants are very friendly and, above all, highly competent. Overall, you feel very well cared for here, especially with your small rodents. It was a wonderful experience, and we'd like to thank your team! Update: Our rabbit, Pommes, has been doing great ever since! We've been back several times since then for the spaying of our female rabbit, Daisy. Ms. Bedrich and her team examined her thoroughly beforehand, and she was then well-prepared for the surgery. We dropped her off early in the morning with Pommes and were able to pick her up in the evening. Again, we had a completely positive experience. Scheduling the appointment and the entire process went smoothly. You can always tell how lovingly everyone cares for the animals.
