Friendly and professional stuff. English speaking is a great advantage personally for me. My dog and me like this clinic.

This place is the best!! The staff are friendly, helpful, and really care about your fury four legged family member. ❤️❤️ And I am so thankful that several of the staff speak English.

A small vet situated near the park, they have a very clean facility with friendly staff. There's also a pet store in the bottom level. They have open appointment times for when you need to go without making an appointment first.

I personally have had rather mixed experiences with this clinic. The doctors there are very sweet and really love animals, but for the price and the inconsistent treatment, I'd rather go somewhere else. They do a good job, and part of the problems lies with how sensitive my dog is. One time they gave her a flea collar that broke her out in hives and scratchy scabs, another times they gave her a flea/tick/worm tablet that made her throw up within 30 minutes and a third time they overdosed her so badly on gastritis medication that she couldn't digest anything anymore and thew up and had diarrhea at the same time and lost a full kg of weight in a week. The clinic is very chic and modern and conveniently located, but the prices are also higher than other places around.

They are absolute professionals. We have approached them for the first time, and we have received the best service and kindest people around. Also, everyone speaks English - that was a savior for me. We had a checkup, and, unfortunately, euthanasia for our girl Chilly after that. But everything was done in the best manner: proficient consultation with explanations, real empathy, and kind communication. They have done everything that they could, and even more. The final price was even cheaper than we expected. Unfortunately I don’t know the names of the veterinarian and her assistant, but I must just say that you are doing the job exceptionally good, and we are grateful for your help!
