Reviews
We've been taking our cats to this veterinary practice for many years now. Our experiences have always been very positive.
A very friendly and professional veterinary practice. They are incredibly gentle with the two cats and offer excellent advice. Be prepared for waiting times; sometimes I wish they had an appointment system. However, they really do take their time with the animals.
The veterinarians always take their time for a physical examination, listen attentively to the description of symptoms, and explain the indicated and implemented measures clearly and understandably. Just as I would wish from my own family doctor. For surgeries, they explain precisely what needs to be considered before and after. My cats have always been returned to me in good condition after every surgery, no longer groggy from anesthesia. All the veterinarians and nurses there are exceptionally kind to animals, friendly, and polite, and I always get the feeling that everyone goes to great lengths to make the vet visit as anxiety- and pain-free as possible for both humans and animals. You can come here with hope and trust that both humans and animals will receive all possible medical help. The veterinarians' interventional skills are outstanding; Dr. Benitz drew blood from my tiny 3 kg cat with remarkable skill, which amazed me as a human doctor.
We brought our 9-week-old puppy to Dr. Benitz. He had severe diarrhea, was in pain, and had a large, swollen belly. Unfortunately, we had gotten him from a bad situation, and she helped us immediately and started searching for the cause. Since then, we have been regular visitors to her practice, and each visit has been a pleasant experience with expert advice. Many thanks! The Seyfried Family
A highly recommended practice. They handle our two furry friends with such loving care and in a relaxed manner. The entire team is very friendly, always kind and understanding, and makes you feel welcome! We feel very well cared for, advised, and looked after. The vet takes his time, handles our two dogs calmly and gently, exudes a sense of peace, and the examination and treatment procedures are carried out with a pleasantly competent routine. We've always had very reasonable waiting times; the organization here runs truly smoothly.
