We brought our extremely anxious cat here today. The vet and veterinary assistant were incredibly empathetic. This minimized her stress, and the blood draw could even be done without sedation.

We had our dog under the care of Dr. Heinß for several years and were always satisfied! Now that our dog has a serious problem, we were turned away without even being examined or looked at! Absolutely no empathy! We couldn't even speak to Dr. Heinß ourselves and explain our dog's situation; instead, we were dismissed by the receptionist! If I ever get another pet, I will steer clear of this practice!

A very courteous and competent practice. We've had only positive experiences with all the staff. Since we've never had any problems with our cat and practically never take her to the vet, we were very worried when we had to take her for a small cut. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable and transparent. Even when we had to leave her there for a day for treatment, we felt very well cared for. The total cost of the treatment was calculated in advance at our request and was accurate. In fact, it was even less than expected.
