Since we've never had any problems with our cat and practically never take her to the vet, we were very worried when we had to take her for a small cut. From the very beginning, they made us feel comfortable and transparent. Even when we had to leave her there for a day for treatment, we felt very well cared for. The total cost of the treatment was calculated in advance at our request and was accurate. In fact, it was even less than expected.
