Reviews
I would give this vet zero stars if I could! Mr. Junior Richter, whom I had to see today because my usual vet was closed, is a very strange vet. He didn't even let me properly explain what was wrong with my cat or what had already been diagnosed, since we've been seeing our regular vet for the last three months and we know what's wrong with him. We really just needed some new medication. But he acted like he knew better and was personally very pushy. In short, he examined my cat in a bizarre way and gave him an injection. I had asked him what it was, but all I got was, "I'll tell you later." My cat isn't any better now. I do not recommend this vet!
Today was my first time at the vet's office with my Labrador; Emma received excellent help and Mr. Richter was also very nice.
We were allowed to come by on Saturday and they waited for us despite their opening hours. They were very kind and calm during the treatment, which was also evident in our cat's reaction. We are very grateful for the help we received in our time of need!
In the emergency, immediate action was taken, for which I am very grateful. Unfortunately, the treatment wasn't entirely correct, as I learned through a second opinion. (According to the second opinion, the treatment would have been counterproductive (food).) Is he acting in the animal's best interests or for the money... that's the question I ask myself...
