Since our usual vet was off duty and we urgently needed one, I called this practice. They were able to see us, and I immediately felt our cat was in good hands. It's a great practice with very friendly staff; I can definitely recommend it.

Since our vet was on vacation and the substitute vet was so awful, we needed help quickly and found it with Ms. Schmöckel. It was very straightforward, and she took plenty of time for us. Even creating an invoice, as required by the insurance company, was no problem. After the terrible experience at the other practice, we felt very comfortable there. Thank you so much!
