I was there for the first time today with my new cat and was very pleased. The staff was competent and friendly, and they were very attentive to my cat.
I can't understand the bad reviews. I've been taking various animals to Dr. Thefeld for years and I'm very satisfied. She has always diagnosed and treated them correctly and is always there for her patients. She handles the animals with great care, which is also very important to me. I've had different experiences with other veterinarians.
