My grandma, my mom, and I are with her, and we are very happy! Everyone is very kind and compassionate! I will stay there! Dr. Guggenberger-Staudacher is always concerned about the animals' well-being and puts it first! She is very dedicated, a truly passionate veterinarian! Addendum: After a few more years of experience, I would also like to point out that the team really cares about the animals. You can tell they truly love them. Walk-ins are ALWAYS possible if the animal is unwell. They are often there for the animals beyond their normal working hours. I have never been talked into anything, and I find the prices reasonable. They have never done more than necessary just to make money. So, I can honestly say that I am still very satisfied, and I have known the practice for 24 years now. Even when it's stressful and there are lots of people in the waiting room, they take the time they need for the animals. Of course, it's sometimes frustrating to wait longer, but I'm happy to accept it for the quality. I like that it's not a mass-production process. Thank you for the many years you've taken care of our animals!
