Good choice and very lovely folks

Today was my first time taking my two dogs to the vet, and they weren't stressed at all. The practice team is fantastic, and the vet is very competent and empathetic. They have a separate waiting area for dogs and cats. They do absolutely everything they can to make the visit as comfortable as possible for the animals. There was no waiting time, and the patient information form was sent to me by email beforehand and could easily be filled out online from home. I highly recommend them.

We stumbled upon this practice quite by chance during our time of need. In the modern and impeccably clean clinic, we noticed many thoughtful touches that further enhanced our sense of well-being. Mr. Fischer and Ms. Müller have a very warm, loving, and empathetic approach to both people and animals. They took ample time for us, and we felt we received extremely competent advice. Our Charlie was treated with dignity and gently comforted during his final moments. A small candle was even lit for him when we arrived—a gesture that deeply touched us. They responded with care and respect, giving us, as his owners, the time we needed to say goodbye. We experienced everything as highly professional and considerate. Despite the difficult circumstances, we are grateful.

We were passing through after a several-month stay in Spain. We were able to drop by spontaneously 30 minutes after calling to check if the medication was in stock. The practice is very modern, with separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, as well as water dispensers and a small coffee machine. The receptionist was very friendly, Dr. Fischer was very kind, competent, and empathetic (our Luna unfortunately still turns into a "beast"), and the assistant, Ms. Müller, was equally wonderful. If we lived nearby, this would be our regular veterinary practice. We highly recommend it.

Five stars aren't enough, unfortunately. Communication and the forwarding of all documents went smoothly, and they take plenty of time for everything, explaining everything in detail. This applies to Mr. Fischer himself as well as his staff. The practice is always easy to reach by phone. The practice is modernly furnished, with separate waiting areas for cats and dogs, which is very relaxing (even with a pheromone diffuser – my cat loved it!). I have rarely experienced so much humanity and empathy for my pet and myself at a veterinarian's office. They truly work with heart and even check in on your pet's well-being during your appointment. Thanks to the right medication, my dog ​​is getting a little better every day. Thank you so much for everything. Keep up the great work! 🐶👏🏻
