Extremely bad!!! The dog was choking, and the vet didn't even look at her but kept harping on her about filling out the patient form first. Don't look/help first and then fill out the form! Terrible!!! I gave her my full opinion and drove to Mayen, where they were ready for an endoscopy right away and only fill out the forms afterward. That's how it should be!

We visited this veterinary practice with our poodle during our vacation due to pain. The practice staff and the veterinarian are incredibly kind, and we felt very well cared for. The veterinarian was very helpful and explained everything clearly. We would like to sincerely thank them for their prompt and uncomplicated assistance and highly recommend them.

Lovely, honest, no unnecessary treatments, all done out of love for the animals. I've had two dogs since 2017 and they always love visiting. In my opinion, the "perfect vet" :-) I highly recommend her 😊

The staff is incredibly kind, from the assistants to the veterinarian herself! I was speechless. I'm so glad I can take my two cats to this practice 😊. I've never experienced such a team before! Everything regarding my cat's treatment was explained to me in great detail 😊😊❤️

Even without having visited the practice in person, I still want to leave a very positive review. Because I wanted a second opinion, I saved the practice's phone number via Google so I could contact them after opening hours. I accidentally pressed the call button. Since this was an accident (mind you, it was 6:30 a.m.), I hung up immediately after the first ring. What I found extremely unpleasant, but absolutely positive, is that less than five minutes later my phone rang. It was Dr. [Name] herself, asking if it was urgent. At this point, I'd like to express my respect and a big thank you for such dedication and responsibility. I was greeted very warmly early in the morning and immediately apologized for the accidental call. When I called again later (shortly before the official opening time), thinking they might have more time then for a brief case description and a request for an appointment as soon as possible, I was pleasantly surprised. I was wrong, because even though the practice was officially still closed, Dr. [Name] took the time to address my concerns, even though (unbeknownst to me) surgery had already been performed! I was so embarrassed, as she only mentioned this towards the end of our conversation. I'm more than certain that other practices wouldn't have even answered the phone, let alone taken on the concerns of someone they weren't currently able to accept as a patient. Nevertheless, I received expert advice on the matter and the address of a very good veterinary clinic that had short-notice availability. She explained that she couldn't accept any new animals at the moment due to her high workload. A shame for me, BUT I found her explanation truly outstanding: her desire to do right by the animals! Even though I'm very sorry I couldn't get this vet as our dog's family doctor, I'm certain that she's in excellent hands. She works with a love for her profession, is highly dedicated and conscientious, and truly considers all her decisions! I think that's so wonderful that I just had to share it, as it's sadly not always the case! It's a real blessing for any four-legged friend who can be a regular here. So, if she ever becomes available again, I'd be happy to hear from you 🙃 And thank you again so much for taking on my concerns without earning a single cent! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
