Mrs. Kratz explains well both the medical problems of the animals and the treatment that she will do. Appointments are on time without too long waiting time. Friendly, capable.

I can only echo the positive reviews. Dr. Kratz takes a great deal of time for her four-legged patients and their owners. We are currently still working on our cat's problems because diagnosis is proving difficult... even at the often-praised, high-priced veterinary clinics to which Dr. Kratz referred us due to their lack of (very expensive) equipment (ultrasound). I am then surprised when someone gives a one-star rating and completely disregards the specific circumstances of their visit. So far (we switched vets because of a move), I have never encountered a more empathetic veterinarian who explains examination results without medical jargon, and I am hopeful that we will be able to further manage our cat's condition with her!

We were helped preparing travel documents for our dog to return to Britain. Vet knew exactly what she was doing. Poppy was treated with love and care at all times

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Dr. Kratz's veterinary practice. We have been taking our two cats to her for many years and always feel well cared for and advised. One of our cats recently had surgery, which wasn't entirely straightforward as she is an older cat. Thanks to the dedication of the team, who cared for our cat so lovingly during the surgery and the follow-up appointment, she is doing very well. She recovered completely and is back to her old self. We could tell that Dr. Kratz treated every animal as if it were her own. That was, and still is, a wonderful feeling. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, I wasn't entirely satisfied with the treatment, but I want to emphasize that Ms. Kratz is very dedicated and open to addressing even difficult or unpleasant topics. It's clear that the animals' well-being is important to her and that she strives to find solutions through dialogue. Despite my mixed experience, I appreciate her commitment and her willingness to consider feedback. Nevertheless, it's always advisable to seek a second opinion when making serious decisions.
