I have been a trusted visitor to this practice for years and feel very well cared for. Even though my dog ​​will probably never be an enthusiastic veterinary patient, the kind and empathetic nature of the entire team completely wins me over!

I find it somewhat questionable to receive two separate bills for the same service twice. If I hadn't objected, I would have had to pay. Similarly, being referred to an emergency service when my pet was in distress, even though they were open, is unacceptable. It seems only those who spend a lot of money are welcome here. They did try to accommodate me at one point, but reluctantly. It was obvious. The animal's well-being should always be the priority. Tragic events can strike anyone unexpectedly.

On November 6th, we had to have our beloved dog Elsa put to sleep, an incredibly difficult and emotional moment for us. But thanks to Dr. Cors and the entire practice team, this farewell became a peaceful and loving experience. We were supported with so much empathy, compassion, and warmth. You can tell that the people who work here are truly passionate about their profession. Everything humanly possible was done for Elsa beforehand, and she was able to pass away in an atmosphere of peace and comfort. We are deeply grateful for this support and will continue to take our cats to this practice because we know they are in the best hands there. A huge thank you to Dr. Cors and the entire team; you gave us so much comfort during a very painful time. ❤️🐾
