We've been taking our animals to Dr. Bonn for years. Appointments are always available promptly, and we take our Ida there regularly (for anal gland expression). We've recommended this practice many times. Thank you for the professional care.

The entire team is very friendly. They treat their animal patients with great care and are very conscientious. We (our dog Carlie and I) feel very well cared for here.

I was recommended this practice 5 years ago. Everyone—the doctors and staff—is so kind, warm, and empathetic with the animals and us humans. They take their time—and of course, they even give you a treat afterward! :) Making an appointment is super quick! In addition to this incredibly empathetic team, the convenient opening hours are definitely worth mentioning! It was time to write this review because we recently had an absolutely horrific experience at another practice/clinic during an emergency. There, the animals' well-being was clearly not their top priority—only the money mattered. It's a shame that not everywhere is run with the same dedication and passion as here. A HEARTFELT RECOMMENDATION!

The whole team is incredibly friendly, and whether it's a dog or a cat (we have two cats), all our four-legged friends are warmly welcomed and receive excellent care. It's a shame that someone seems to have gotten the impression that dogs are more welcome here; I absolutely cannot confirm that! And being turned away from a practice because they're full can happen at any doctor's office, too, and I don't think that's a big deal at all.
