Schlagheck Berthold

The vet who treated our dog knows what she's doing and what she's talking about. I finally feel I'm in good hands. Many thanks to the entire team!

A wonderfully kind and friendly veterinarian. Very competent and, above all, very compassionate. I had to have my cat put down. She gave me the time I needed to say goodbye, even though it was almost closing time. The practice is very modern and the price-performance ratio is also good. I highly recommend her. The receptionists are also very friendly.

A fantastic team of veterinarians for our horses! We've been taking all our horses there for treatment for 15 years and are always satisfied!

Due to a change of address, I requested my documents and had to pay an exorbitant price for them, even though they were my documents. Paying for them is outrageous, but you didn't address the issue further; instead, you threatened me with legal action in writing. Not a classy move.

We urgently needed help for our Bella (15+ year old) because she wasn't able to travel – and I am so incredibly grateful for the quick, loving, and absolutely heartfelt support. ❤️ Even though you're currently not accepting new patients, you still helped us super fast – that really means a lot to us. You can immediately tell that the staff here are not only professional but also work with so much heart. As soon as you start accepting new patients again, we would love to switch Bella to your care permanently. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything! ❤️ Yours, Janine
