This morning we took our Westie mix to the vet's office for an emergency visit because he had choked on a chew bone, which was still stuck. He was screaming and foaming at the mouth. His stomach became rock hard. We received excellent and immediate help. The short anesthetic worked well, and his eyes were treated with ointment during the procedure; he was also given a heating pad. Even when he woke up, the veterinary technician (whose name I unfortunately can't recall) was there for our dog the whole time. We sincerely thank Dr. Jansen and her assistant. Best regards

A fantastic practice! No matter how busy and stressful it is, you're usually always greeted warmly and kindly. The veterinarians always take their time and are friendly, loving, and empathetic towards the animals. They also accommodate requests regarding specific veterinarians, and you can express your preference if you don't want to see someone. We would especially like to commend and thank Dr. Jansen! Such a loving and friendly veterinarian! She always has a listening ear and is very empathetic. Simba, who unfortunately has already been through a lot at 1 1/2 years old and is afraid of most veterinarians, loves her dearly. As soon as he sees her, his tail starts wagging. They'll even remove stitches while he's lying on the floor, and give him kisses—all perfectly tailored to the needs of our four-legged friends. The only downside is the sometimes long waiting times, especially if you arrive without an appointment. You can wait for hours. But overall, a definite recommendation!
