Reviews
I was there in person and found that everything went smoothly. Although I didn't have an appointment, I was served within just under two hours. I was happy to go to this trouble for my budgie. Thank you very much for your help.
The animal's well-being is always the top priority. My dachshund needed surgery at an advanced age, and we didn't know if she would make it. The vet did everything he could, and it all worked out well. So, top-notch service.
Highly competent, we are very satisfied with the work of Dr. [Name]. Here, the animal's well-being is truly the top priority! What we particularly appreciate is that he speaks frankly and reminds us that we, as owners, have a duty of care and that not everything we consider good is necessarily good for the animal. The communication is open and direct, getting straight to the point! We are so happy to have found such a knowledgeable veterinarian for our little one. Thank you for your excellent work!
I should mention that I'm a "helicopter mom" when it comes to my dog. If he has even a single hair, I immediately worry. Dr. Busert is always there and examines the dog thoroughly. What sets him apart from many others is that he doesn't try to sell anything. We were there again recently because my dog wasn't drinking well, and I wanted to do a blood test. Dr. Busert honestly told me that it wasn't necessary because my dog was in top shape, but that we could do one for my well-being if I wanted... Of course, the "helicopter mom" in me still had a test done. Most importantly, my dog feels very comfortable here and even enjoys going to the vet! I highly recommend the practice to everyone. Many thanks to Dr. Busert for taking such great care of my Tupac!
After another veterinary practice turned us away this morning with an injured cat, we were able to go directly to Dr. Busert, who treated him competently and was always professional. It's not just about a great website. Now that our previous vet has retired, we will gladly come here in the future.
