We have two cats, one of whom is extremely anxious. Here, all the staff were very understanding and worked hard to find solutions to make the visit as pleasant and stress-free as possible for our pet. Unlike our previous vet, here I felt truly listened to and that we were all working together to find and implement the best solution for everyone. I always had a high opinion of the vet. He was approachable even in difficult situations, and I always felt he was doing his best. However, I cannot forgive what happened to my Toffie in her final moments. Instead of a humane euthanasia, Toffie received only a single injection into her heart. Against my better judgment, I agreed out of trust in this exceptional situation. I trusted his integrity, and now, almost a year later, I can finally begin to think fondly of my cat again. For nearly a year, what happened overshadowed every memory. For her final journey, please go elsewhere.
