We have two cats, including a very anxious tomcat. All the staff here were understanding and sought solutions to make the visit as pleasant and stress-free as possible for the animal. Unlike our previous vet, here I felt like they were actually listening to us and that they worked together to find the best course of action for everyone. Thank you so much! 🥰 Always friendly and competent in all follow-up treatments so far. We will definitely be back 🙂

I take both cats to the Kustos Veterinary Practice. I've rarely met such a wonderful vet as him. He has incredible sensitivity and empathy; you can really tell he loves what he does. The colleague who works with him there (unfortunately, I don't know her name) is also very sweet and has a super positive aura. The staff member is also incredibly sweet and has a very calm demeanor. In short... It's a super-friendly, professional veterinary practice where the animals are the top priority. The prices are reasonable and, in my opinion, absolutely not overpriced. We were able to get an appointment at very short notice. Our little tomcat is fit and healthy again. Thank you, we'll be back again soon.

I've been going to this practice for many years, including with my previous pets, and I've always been extremely happy with Mr. Kustos – he's a truly wonderful veterinarian. Overall, the practice has always impressed me with its caring approach. But after today, I'm absolutely furious and disappointed! I called this morning to ask when I could come in this afternoon because my dog ​​has been vomiting and having diarrhea since Saturday night. The woman on the phone told me it wasn't possible until the end of next week and referred me to another practice (I've been going to this practice for years and have never been anywhere else) or to the animal hospital! I understand that practices can be busy – I'm a medical assistant myself – but to leave patients like this without finding a solution is absolutely not patient-oriented! I also understand that there's no more capacity; no one can work any more, but then patients should be allowed to come in, even if it means waiting. I find this absolutely outrageous and will seriously reconsider whether I continue to go to this practice, because when you urgently need help, you're told to wait two weeks for an appointment, especially for urgent issues that arise spontaneously. I find it incredibly disappointing, as I always enjoyed coming here!
