Great practice. The staff is very friendly. You receive a warm greeting at the reception desk. Dr. Fago is a very kind doctor who takes time with her patients. She explains everything thoroughly and takes them seriously. Even if you request a call back, she will do so. A full 5 stars from me.

I was incredibly disappointed with how I was treated at the end, because the practice partnership had split up. Initially, I was seeing a doctor I was happy with and felt well cared for. But a disagreement ruined the relationship. I was increasingly referred to other doctors, which was fine with me. The doctor treated me well, and I was able to discuss my treatment, something I hadn't experienced before. Twice, the other doctor interfered, sometimes quite loudly, in my treatment, which had been agreed upon with the current doctor. Both times, this happened in front of the reception desk, where everyone could hear. Despite this, the other doctor reprimanded me and forbade me from having laser treatments, which were very helpful for my pain. I had permission from the doctor to come once a week. She wanted to reduce it to once a month, which would often have been missed due to holidays and vacations, making the intervals too long. The treatment would have been ineffective under those circumstances. Twice, the other doctor interfered, sometimes quite loudly, during my treatment, which had been discussed with the current doctor. The second time, I found it very upsetting and felt absolutely terrible. I was waiting for my prescriptions at reception. Completely unsuspecting, the doctor, sitting in her wheelchair at the counter, suddenly yelled down at me, asking what I thought I was doing, taking so much of my pain medication. She wouldn't let up, even though I tried several times to explain that everything had been discussed with the new doctor, every step, everything had been clarified, but there was no way she would listen to me properly. I had to endure this twice, with her shouting at me, when the doctor treating me came over from another appointment and explained everything to the new doctor. I was on the verge of tears, my eyes were full of them, and I was a little embarrassed by the incident. I took the prescriptions that were then handed to me and left the doctor's office. In the new year, I needed new medication, and I found myself in the same situation as many others. The group practice had dissolved. I was informed that the doctor was no longer there and that I should leave. Something about this seemed very strange to me. No answers about where the doctor was, how to contact him—nothing at all. I was no longer a patient of this practice. I felt very abandoned. I also didn't receive any prescriptions. After asking, I was given my patient file and my own stamped envelopes, and that was it. It wasn't easy to find the doctor, as he was still listed in Pohlheim for a very long time, even on the answering machine. My neurologist prescribed the medication I urgently needed.

Dr. Fago is a fantastic doctor whom I immediately trusted. The same goes for her staff; a fantastic team overall.

Unfortunately, I'm not very happy. The staff is getting bogged down in petty squabbles, and none of my prescriptions were correct. I have a wonderful, kind, very pregnant pharmacist who constantly has to call and then receives the new prescription in the mail! Unfortunately, my doctor is no longer here. What a shame.
