I used to live in Giessen and I liked going there. Now I live near Heidelberg and I still go to that veterinary practice for more serious issues. They're simply wonderful, they handle the animals superbly, and the price is right. I think I can say it's one of the very few practices where the animal's well-being is still the top priority, not the money 🤜🤍🤛. Fantastic veterinary practice! I switched here after 10 years and am incredibly satisfied. They take exceptional care of the animals, are very empathetic, and even give them treats and cuddles. Thorough examinations, lots of feedback, and plenty of time for questions, discussions, and explanations. I can absolutely recommend this practice to everyone, and the prices are comparable to other vets—excellent value for money.

A fantastic and highly competent veterinary practice! Their love for animals is palpable; everyone is incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they're also collegial with each other. The pleasant atmosphere extends to our dogs and makes vet visits easier for them.

First of all, I unfortunately can't say how the treatment went, as I never received an appointment or a call back. My cat has FORL and is old. I wanted to schedule an appointment for dental treatment, as I wanted the gentle inhalation anesthesia. Since he's uncooperative, it needed to be clarified whether and which medication he would receive to calm him before the examination. I was promised a call back, then the dosage was to be clarified again, and I'm still waiting for that call. In the meantime, the surgery was performed elsewhere because the cat was in pain.

I'm very happy with this veterinary practice. My dog ​​and my fancy mice are patients here, and they provide excellent advice and treatment, taking their time with each patient. The staff is always friendly, even when it's busy. I spent a long time searching for competent vets, especially for my mice. I finally found them here. ☺️
