It was the right decision to visit the veterinary surgery clinic for my cat's issue, even though the journey was a bit longer. In my case, it was 155 km each way. They provided a completely honest consultation with additional tests to help us make a final decision in a difficult surgical case. The team objectively reviewed all the results with us and explained all the options. In the end, based on the additional findings, we decided against the surgery, as it most likely wouldn't have helped prolong the cat's life; in fact, it would probably have been the opposite. They weren't simply out to make as much money as possible, but rather to help the animal in a meaningful way, and for that I am grateful.

From the initial phone call to the final consultation, the practice and all the staff were characterized by absolute friendliness, reliability, and professional competence. Appointments are always on time, yet the veterinarian (in our case, Dr. Feichtenschlager) takes the time to answer every single question. Follow-up questions by phone are also answered reliably and promptly. The option to stay with your pet during the post-operative recovery phase is particularly noteworthy. We are so glad we received a recommendation for this clinic and were happy to make the longer drive from Kassel. Our dog is now walking completely pain-free again and enjoying her walks. A veterinary practice where teamwork is paramount. A complex case involving our German Shepherd was assessed by the entire team, and this expertise was fully incorporated into the diagnosis and treatment. A very lovely team, everything is explained very thoroughly. The vet and staff take a lot of time, and my dog ​​was examined very gently, calmly, and thoroughly. The surgery was then performed so expertly that despite potential problem areas (directly under her eyes and above her anus), there was absolutely no inflammation, and everything healed perfectly – I'm truly thrilled!!
