Is there emergency care available outside of opening hours?

Yes, an on-call phone service is available for emergencies. For acute issues outside of regular consultation hours, the team can be reached at the usual number.

Do I need to book an appointment in advance?

To keep waiting times for you and your pet as short as possible and to guarantee a calm treatment environment, we generally ask that you make an appointment in advance.

Do you also make house calls?

In certain cases and by prior arrangement, home visits are also offered, although the primary focus of care remains within our fully equipped practice rooms.

One of the best Vets in town. Dr. Graf and his colleagues are a saviour for us. We have a IBD dog and they helped identify and treat. Really recommend them.
