Reviews
I'm currently doing the advanced training to become a behavior consultant and coach for dogs at Sirius, and I'm absolutely thrilled. Astrid was a huge help beforehand, answering all my questions quickly and expertly :-) We started the first weekend very easily via Zoom, which made everything so much simpler. You can conveniently participate in the seminar from home. If you have any questions, you can ask them at any time, and they'll be answered immediately. Even though the seminar is online, you can't help but be captivated by the incredibly comprehensive knowledge that Astrid shares with us :-) The online seminar is engaging and varied, and we were always involved in working on topics ourselves. The second in-person weekend in Munich was simply fantastic! We received a very warm welcome and were extremely well looked after. The seminar wasn't monotonous at all; we were involved from the very beginning, and everyone had the opportunity to train human-dog teams as a coach. The four-legged participants, the wonderful group, and the tennis ball lesson were a highlight! This weekend will stay with me for a long time and bring a smile to my face :-) I would have loved to stay there for hours, days... ideally, to keep listening to Astrid. I'm already so excited for our next weekend and everything else that's to come. A huge thank you to the whole team, you're all so wonderful and lovely! 🫶
The workshop on environmental and noise phobias was very informative. I was able to implement several points from it. As a veterinary assistant, I might have hoped for a bit more depth. But for dog owners with problem dogs, it's a really excellent workshop. The training sessions with the dogs can be discussed in the next workshop, and you always receive feedback on how to proceed. All in all, highly recommended.
Our dog came from an animal shelter, but we underestimated her problems. Dr. Schubert quickly recognized these issues and helps not only our dog, but also us, to understand her and help her. Even when we feel desperate, she gives us the strength and courage to keep going and recognize the progress. We highly recommend the workshops; they've helped us understand our dog much better. We are very grateful to Dr. Schubert for her help and dedication – which is not always something to be taken for granted.
Highly recommended! My dog struggled with extreme anxiety and panic attacks for months. It was a huge burden for both of us. After neither our regular vet nor our trainer could help, I was referred to Dr. Schubert. Thanks to her expertise and experience, we got to the bottom of the problem during our very first appointment: my dog was in pain. You couldn't see it to that extent from the outside. An MRI scan provided the answer. Through appropriate pain medication, physiotherapy, and behavioral therapy in the form of individual sessions with Dr. Schubert, as well as the online workshop "Environmental and Noise Anxiety," we've already made fantastic progress, and my dog is visibly better. I'm so incredibly grateful that Dr. Schubert takes a holistic approach to both the animal and the owner, focusing not only on how to counteract the behavior but, most importantly, on WHY the animal is exhibiting it!
I started the seminar for hyperreactive dogs because I was really at my wit's end with my dog Pino, and I have to say, it was completely worth it for me after just the first session. I immediately had the feeling: This is exactly my dog. It was as if the seminar was truly made for us. I had nothing but "aha!" moments the whole time. Everything is explained in a super clear way, without complicated theory, and you can just tell that someone here really wants to help. I felt completely comfortable both in the seminar and in the individual sessions. No judgment, no pressure, just understanding and the right solutions. I am truly grateful and finally feel like I can really help my dog. I wholeheartedly recommend it.
