Simply a top-notch veterinarian. Empathetic, competent, and approaches everything with such calm. The practice itself is wonderful. Not your average veterinary clinic with just a cold, silver examination table. Here, everything is done on the floor, at eye level with the dog. It almost feels like a playroom. ☺️ She has a great intuition, takes her time, and tries to read the animal. Sunny is usually terrified at the vet and trembles uncontrollably. But here, she even goes in willingly. That says it all. I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinarian. She also offers physiotherapy, chiropractic, laser therapy, acupuncture, and more… (See photos). A veterinarian who thinks outside the box and even after treatment, reflects on the situation and consults her books to find a solution.

Our dog Lilly is very anxious, but she feels very comfortable with Dr. Sibylle Karpf. The veterinarian takes her time, is incredibly patient, and gives Lilly the opportunity to relax completely – without any pressure. We initially came for physiotherapy, where we felt very well supported from the start. However, Dr. Karpf's warm and empathetic manner convinced us so much that we have now chosen her as Lilly's primary veterinarian. Extremely warm and available around the clock (which is very important to me in case of euthanasia). The first time, I thought my dog's relaxed demeanor (he can't stop trembling in conventional veterinary practices) was an exception, but it's the same every time; he walks in as if he's visiting his aunt. The practice has a living-room feel, and my dog ​​loves it. He's allowed to sniff everywhere; Dr. Karpf even remembered his favorite treat. She takes her time, her manner is so loving, gentle, and approachable—you can see, hear, and experience how much she loves animals. About a month ago, I experienced a nightmare – my dog ​​was suddenly paralyzed in her hind legs. The fact that Dr. Karpf makes house calls was an unbelievable relief in this emergency. My dog ​​was treated with electroacupuncture and was able to get up on her own the very next day. After about two weeks, longer walks were possible, and my dog ​​soon regained her zest for life.
