The veterinarian takes her time, is incredibly patient, and gives Lilly the opportunity to relax completely – without any pressure. We initially came for physiotherapy, where we felt very well supported from the start. However, Dr. Karpf's warm and empathetic manner convinced us so much that we have now chosen her as Lilly's primary veterinarian. The first time, I thought my dog's relaxed demeanor (he can't stop trembling in conventional veterinary practices) was an exception, but it's the same every time; he walks in as if he's visiting his aunt. The practice has a living-room feel, and my dog ​​loves it. He's allowed to sniff everywhere; Dr. Karpf even remembered his favorite treat. She takes her time, her manner is so loving, gentle, and approachable—you can see, hear, and experience how much she loves animals.
