Reviews
Friendly, competent veterinarian
Very creative and elaborate pricing; when asked about the intergalactic bill (€225 for a 20-minute visit for a red eye), they were very defensive and unfriendly.
We visited Dr. Eike Both on a public holiday for a simple eye infection. The emergency service surcharge was €80, which we accepted. However, additional fees were added to the €80: €30 for the consultation and €25 for the advice, even though everything was handled during a short visit. Each step was billed separately, so we left the practice with a bill that was €225 less, but with eye drops and an ointment. We would have appreciated more transparent pricing or at least some advance information about the costs, especially since it was a straightforward treatment.
