Even though it was a holiday, Dr. Kaufmann came immediately and, after an initial assessment, decided that my horse needed surgery. We then transported my horse to her clinic. The surgery lasted seven hours, and my horse was subsequently treated by Dr. Kaufmann for 14 days. We were always treated well, and above all, my horse was in good hands with Dr. Kaufmann! Dr. Kaufmann was the only veterinarian available in Eisenstadt at 6:30 p.m. on a Wednesday to end my 22-year-old cat's suffering. It's heartbreaking enough to witness a living being suffer, but it's even worse when you desperately need help and countless phone calls go unanswered. Fortunately, I found Dr. Kaufmann to be a very kind and compassionate veterinarian who also made a house call and, as I had hoped, brought a swift and well-deserved end to my cat's suffering. Despite the sad circumstances, I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kaufmann's warm and empathetic approach to every pet owner. Thank you so much for your dedication at such a late hour.
