A very friendly doctor who takes his time with the treatment. He treated my cat's bite wound at short notice. Thanks again for that! Others didn't seem to need it!!!

An extremely competent and friendly veterinarian with both heart and mind. He takes his time with the animal, is conscientious, and avoids unnecessary treatments. I've had very positive experiences every time. Thank you so much!

I would give negative stars if that were possible. I have never seen such a practice. Totally messy and unhygienic. He treated my cat terribly and insulted her for no reason. On top of that, he made sexist remarks to me. I will never set foot in that practice again.

He takes his time with the animals and their owners' questions. I've been a customer for years with my cats. What I like best is that he first picks up the cats and cuddles them. While he's at it, he also examines them, checking their ears and mouth. Only then does he put them on his table, listen to their heart and lungs, and continue the examination. This builds trust with the animals.

On Friday night, I called the emergency vet clinic (the one that was open that night) because my dog suddenly couldn't walk, was unsteady on his feet, whimpering in pain, and unable to move his leg. On the phone, I was asked only three questions: "Is it bleeding? Is a bone sticking out? Is the leg sticking out?" After I answered no to all of them, I was told: "Then your regular vet can take a look next week; the pain will still be there then—you go to sleep, and I'll go to sleep." I was stunned. My dog was clearly suffering, and I was simply brushed off. The upshot: On Saturday and Sunday, we had to go to the (other) emergency clinic three times for pain medication, and on Monday, a CT scan under general anesthesia was necessary—diagnosis: a very severe herniated disc requiring emergency surgery yesterday. For me, this behavior was heartless and utterly disappointing. In such an emergency, you expect help—not indifference.
