I'd gladly give them negative stars. Totally disrespectful and yells on the phone when you can't understand anything with their toaster-like quality. He made me think of whether I would immediately go to the emergency room if I couldn't put my foot on my feet, because my dog ​​couldn't use his paw anymore and was shaking so much. Never again.

I would give negative stars if that were possible. I have never seen such a practice. Totally messy and unhygienic. He treated my cat terribly and insulted her for no reason. On top of that, he made sexist remarks to me. I will never set foot in that practice again.

Our cat had kidney failure and had to be euthanized. Anything else would have been cruel. The treatment itself was okay. The veterinary office was very messy. The euthanasia cost €250 without an invoice or receipt. They didn't bill our pet insurance. I would only recommend this vet in an emergency! But I had no other option. He just kept scolding me.

On Friday night, I called the emergency vet clinic (the one that was open that night) because my dog ​​suddenly couldn't walk, was unsteady on his feet, whimpering in pain, and unable to move his leg. On the phone, I was asked only three questions: "Is it bleeding? Is a bone sticking out? Is the leg sticking out?" After I answered no to all of them, I was told: "Then your regular vet can take a look next week; the pain will still be there then—you go to sleep, and I'll go to sleep." I was stunned. My dog ​​was clearly suffering, and I was simply brushed off. The upshot: On Saturday and Sunday, we had to go to the (other) emergency clinic three times for pain medication, and on Monday, a CT scan under general anesthesia was necessary—diagnosis: a very severe herniated disc requiring emergency surgery yesterday. For me, this behavior was heartless and utterly disappointing. In such an emergency, you expect help—not indifference.
