We are very happy with Dr. Herten. She diagnosed our Mala with the rare disease Addison's disease. We were then able to begin treatment, and she is doing much better now. Thank you so much for the excellent consultation.

Super nice and very empathetic and competent with my dog. I received excellent advice and was able to get an appointment at short notice. That's exactly how I always wish it would be.

So! I'm now home with my flat-faced little mouse. She's drowsy and unsteady, and of course won't stay still—she's an animal, after all. Bambi is now ten years old, and from the very first day after her ten weeks with her mother, Dr. Herten has had my complete trust. Bambi was an outdoor cat and only ever got into mischief on weekends, which meant I often had to go to the emergency clinic then—otherwise, I'm at work! Clever animal! Not once did they fail to help, and EVERYTHING, REALLY EVERYTHING, is done for the animal's well-being. The way they treat my little mouse is exemplary, and the way they treat me is a dream. I feel much worse than the animal when something's wrong. And I also want to mention the vet's assistant, Elisabeth—she's part of the team too! Best vet ever! She gave my Funny many more years despite her malignant tumor! She's always there when you need her, even outside of opening hours! You can't help but love her 🫶🏽😊 She takes excellent care of the animals. I'll continue to take my three dogs to her!

Dr. Herten is an exceptionally wonderful veterinarian. No matter what problem you come to her with, she always takes her time, listens attentively, and explains everything clearly and calmly. You immediately sense that the well-being of the animals is truly important to her. She handles the animals with great care and patience, and at the same time, she manages to put their owners at ease. With her, you always feel taken seriously and receive the best possible advice. Even with complicated or unusual problems, she helps and finds the best solution. For me, Dr. Herten is a veterinarian you can trust completely.
