We are very happy with Dr. Herten. She diagnosed our Mala with the rare disease Addison's disease. We were then able to begin treatment, and she is doing much better now. Thank you so much for the excellent consultation.

Super nice and very empathetic and competent with my dog. I received excellent advice and was able to get an appointment at short notice. That's exactly how I always wish it would be.

I am currently in Germany for work, and my dog ​​suffered a medical emergency, which led me to the Nuremberg Veterinary Clinic, where I received a detailed report. With this report, a pre-arranged CT scan appointment in my home country of Austria, and the advice from the Nuremberg Veterinary Clinic that I could purchase the necessary pain medication from any veterinarian in Germany to bridge the gap until the CT scan, I went to see this veterinarian. One of the three women at reception (apparently covered in tattoos) rudely ushered me out of the waiting room: "Whether you already have a report from the Nuremberg Clinic or not, if the dog isn't fully examined here, we won't sell you anything!" Luckily, I found an understanding veterinarian who was able to help my dog.

So! I'm now home with my flat-faced little mouse. She's drowsy and unsteady, and of course won't stay still—she's an animal, after all. Bambi is now ten years old, and from the very first day after her ten weeks with her mother, Dr. Herten has had my complete trust. Bambi was an outdoor cat and only ever got into mischief on weekends, which meant I often had to go to the emergency clinic then—otherwise, I'm at work! Clever animal! Not once did they fail to help, and EVERYTHING, REALLY EVERYTHING, is done for the animal's well-being. The way they treat my little mouse is exemplary, and the way they treat me is a dream. I feel much worse than the animal when something's wrong. And I also want to mention the vet's assistant, Elisabeth—she's part of the team too! If you love your pet and it's sick, then for me, there's only one place to go! And I stand by that with my name. Anja Beck

Dr. Herten is an exceptionally wonderful veterinarian. No matter what problem you come to her with, she always takes her time, listens attentively, and explains everything clearly and calmly. You immediately sense that the well-being of the animals is truly important to her. She handles the animals with great care and patience, and at the same time, she manages to put their owners at ease. With her, you always feel taken seriously and receive the best possible advice.
