We've been there several times and have always received excellent help! Scheduling appointments is a breeze. Everyone on the team is very friendly. Emma's palliative care was incredibly compassionate, and they took a lot of time for us. Bonnie's acute wing problem was also handled expertly, even though the X-ray machine was out of order that day. Bonnie is even flying better than before! The Geriatric Cockatiel Gang says THANK YOU!

We also had complete confidence in her professional skills; we received exceptionally good information and explanations about our animal's problems. She is a very competent veterinarian, whom we highly recommend. A very kind and empathetic veterinarian who takes plenty of time for her patients. However, you should make an appointment. Update after 5 years: For over five years, we have been taking our cats to Dr. Laabs, and we always feel well cared for and receive professional advice. You can tell that Dr. Laabs is truly passionate about her profession. Unfortunately, veterinarians like her are far too rare.
