Reviews
The veterinarian took excellent care of our old, anxious dog. He had abscessed teeth and tartar buildup. She came to the car to prepare him for the treatment in a calm and comfortable manner. There is ample free parking very close to the practice.
We found out about her through a recommendation! And we've stayed with her practice ever since. Dr. Mochow is a very empathetic doctor with a heart of gold. We feel very well cared for and in good hands with her. Little Efes and I thank her from the bottom of our hearts!
While searching for a veterinarian near my home, I came across Dr. Mochow's practice. I reached her on a Friday, and she informed me that she was going on vacation for three weeks. Since my cat wasn't suffering from an acute illness, I waited for her return. After some back and forth on the phone due to her difficulty in contacting me, we arranged a house call for 11:00 a.m. on a Wednesday. At 8:16 a.m., she canceled the appointment via text message—she'd already been stuck in traffic for an hour and couldn't make it, but she would get back to me. Well, that was over two weeks ago, and Dr. Mochow hasn't contacted me since. I hope she's doing well.
Wonderful veterinarian, very empathetic. My dog loved Ms. Mochow; she was allowed to perform every treatment. We moved away; we would have loved to take her with us.
Unfortunately, our 9-month-old dachshund's acute gastritis was not diagnosed, and painkillers were prescribed for possible back pain (a curved back due to pain in the stomach area, as we soon discovered). These very painkillers caused a perforation of the stomach – extremely rare, but it did happen in this case. Our 9-month-old dachshund did not survive Christmas four years ago thanks to this practice. The case was presented to various lawyers, but our dog was only listed as an "object" in the legal records, and no one wanted to take on the case because of this.
