Steffi Engelbrecht

We've been taking our animals to Dr. Engelbrecht and her staff for a while now. She is very competent, always provides thorough and helpful advice, and has always been very empathetic. Many thanks to the whole team for the excellent care.

I've been taking my two cats, Pepper and Lui, to Dr. Engelbrecht for quite some time now, and I visit her regularly every year. At the beginning of this year, Lui had very serious health problems—so severe that he almost didn't make it. What Dr. Engelbrecht did during that time was simply extraordinary. The dedication, attention, and care she showed for Lui deeply impressed me. She constantly checked in on him, stayed on top of things, and demonstrated that her patients' well-being was truly important to her. I also found her honesty and professionalism particularly admirable: she told me, unprompted, that she doesn't perform ultrasounds and would therefore prefer to refer me to a veterinary clinic she personally trusted. Even though it was further away than the local clinic, she said she was simply more confident in its quality. This recommendation ultimately saved my cat's life—and I will always be grateful to her for that. I am incredibly happy to have Dr. Engelbrecht as my veterinarian. Her expertise, honesty, and genuine love for animals are truly special. I've attached a picture of my cat shortly after his surgery and another one today with his brother – he's certainly always grateful to her 😊❤️

So far, we have only very good things to report. Expertise, empathy, and not just a profession but also a vocation. We owe it to her that our ray of sunshine is still alive. Thank you for being there.
