After several weeks, even months, and countless visits to the vet, we switched to Dr. Haase. Although the situation was very unclear for Dr. Haase, she took, in my opinion, the right steps immediately. Blood and urine tests are performed in her own practice. The echocardiogram was done at a partner practice by an equally empathetic and competent cardiologist. For me, the practice is characterized by well-structured procedures, a calm atmosphere, comprehensive and patient explanations from the doctor, and communication via email and phone. It avoids the need to bring your beloved pet in for every little thing, which is an incredible relief, especially for cat owners, and works very well. We are already incredibly grateful to Dr. Haase and the entire practice team. THANK YOU!

I came to this veterinary practice for a very sad reason. My 17-month-old Greater Swiss Mountain Dog was treated as an emergency case. And despite the fact that both Dr. Haase and her team did their best, he didn't make it. This was due to incorrect initial treatment at the practice where he was originally a patient. In this difficult situation, we received incredibly compassionate care. The humane and, above all, professional expertise of Dr. Haase and her team convinced me to take my puppy, now a young dog, to this practice, and I haven't regretted it so far and probably never will.

We are very satisfied with this veterinary practice. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the entire team seems very competent and experienced. Our pet was treated lovingly and professionally, so we always felt well cared for. Highly recommended!
