Very professional team of medical staff. Everyone was very friendly, and helpful and provided us plenty of time to explain everything what we needed to know about the planned dog oncology surgery. After surgery the dog stayed there for a 24 hours for medical observation. I felt that all staff really like animals and want to provide the best care honestly. When we was there for initial CT scanning and when we waited with the dog during waking up after anestesia, then many doctors and other staff checked us repeatedly very often to make sure that everything is ok.
Outstanding service and professionalism. Our dog had his tongue bitten and required stitches. Their approach was great, we always felt confident and the result was fantastic. It was hard to trust a clinic in a foreign city with an emergency, but they did a great job! Would highly recommend to anyone!
