My first appointment with a small dog for a check up (she appears healthy just had some old age related symptoms), my invoice accumulated to 300Euros which was not agreed from the beginning or i wasnt even made aware of the prices. Out of principal, it should be made clear if what was done will cost so much as i was not able to attend the second appointment as they still wanted to charge me more for the follow up consultation including more treatments to give me the results of the blood test which has now only been sent to me in an email but of course i am not a vet and cannot interpret the information. I will not be using this vet for the future. I feel as if i was scammed without really gaining a clearer understanding the details regarding my pets health even though I paid 300EUR in vet bills.
Excellent service! Lovely team, both doctors have magic hands!!! My cats used to be very scared to go to the vet but they managed to calm them down.
Excellent service and care for our cats. Very supportive and helpful in the process of preparing them for export. Many thanks!
This is the most mercenary vet, she only sees money in your dog. This vet needs to be stripped of his license. I already had a negative experience with this vet a year ago, after that I went to this veterinary clinic only to get medicines because this vet is nearby. This time I went to this "vet" to trim my nails and use a clipper to trim a little hair near the dog's mouth. This "vet" used scissors instead of clippers. And with these scissors she cut off part of my dog's tongue, part of the tongue, to which she said that it was not her fault, the dog was to blame. Seriously? Is it my dog's fault that the vet cut off a piece of tongue? This "vet" said that she would sew this part of the tongue on for free, I was horrified, the dog was crying, squealing in pain, I agreed to these extreme measures such as anesthesia and surgery. Then, two hours later, as if in a fog, they bring me my little one who has not yet recovered from the anesthesia, they wake her up and this "veterinarian" gives me a bill for the time my dog spent in the clinic - 146 euros. I said that I will pay but she must give me a receipt and write down what she did, what medications she used, the anesthesia, etc. This "veterinarian" answered me that I do not have to pay anything and threw me out the door in a state of shock. Tomorrow I go to Anwalt.
Lovely staff, fantastic doctor. Compassionate and capable
