We highly recommend this veterinary practice! It was recommended to us after we'd been to vets who couldn't help. Our cat was in critical condition at the time, and we were told we could come in immediately. After several hours of treatment, we got our beloved pet back healthy and well. You can get appointments quickly because your concerns are taken seriously; you experience empathy right from the start, even on the phone. Both the female and male vets are simply outstanding. Today I contacted our veterinarian, Dr. Hohl, by phone, even though he wasn't the on-call emergency vet. Initially, I just wanted to check if he happened to be available, as my dog's salivary gland had become severely inflamed again, and he even developed a fever. Dr. Hohl is simply exceptional. On the phone, he explained to me in detail what I could do and how to administer the medication correctly. He even offered that I could call him again later if I had any further questions. I took him up on this offer because, in all the worry and stress, I had forgotten to ask whether I should give my dog ​​the cortisone in the evening. During the second call, Dr. Hohl was also extremely helpful, calm, understanding, and patient. Such dedication and compassion are very rare these days. Just a few hours later, my dog's fever had completely disappeared, and he started eating again. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Hohl for his help. Thanks to his help, we didn't have to go to the emergency vet, which would probably have been very expensive on a Sunday. Thank you so much, Dr. Hohl!
