I would like to thank Dr. Frank for her wonderful dedication and work! She really took a lot of time for our little hedgehogs! We volunteer for the Wildlife Rescue Center of Middle Franconia and care for the little hedgehogs in winter that wouldn't survive the cold season. And Dr. Frank is always there for us with advice and practical help.
My review will be different. We used Dr. Frank's services on a recommendation, which I deeply regret. We picked up our kitten from the so-called clinic under great stress and with tears in our eyes. For the first time in my life, I saw a kitten scream in pain. I can't put it into words; everything she said to me went right through me. I couldn't hear her because I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I didn't want my kitten to be in pain, and indirectly, that's what happened because of Dr. Frank. As for payment, there was no price list; the price was told to me verbally. There was no cash register, let alone a receipt. Nothing. I paid her personally, and that was it. She didn't give me a receipt. We will never go there again. I will never cause my kitten pain again. They have souls and feelings, too. Animals are more human than humans.
We've been coming to Dr. Frank's for decades and are still thrilled. Here, the animal's well-being is truly valued. The price-performance ratio is also more than reasonable.
