Needed an appointment for my cat asap. I was able to be scheduled for the next day. I had no wait. I was seen very fast after filling out paperwork. The vet and assistant were very kind and extremely fast. It was also pretty cheap too. 4/5 stars because it might’ve been too fast. I’m not sure how their normal appointments are and if they’re more thorough.

They spoke English and helped me with my hamster who had a tumor. He received a surgery and came home same day. I'm happy with the service we received. Thank you.

Very good Veterinarians, our German is very limited and they spoke English! Our cat needed surgery to remove a piece of plastic she ate. She is fully healed and back to her usual self.

Bringing my two dogs here is the easiest and best decision I've made since moving to Ansbach. Any time I need them to be seen, I am scheduled same day or next day. All of the doctors and caretakers are extremely compassionate and attentive with my animals. On top of their kindness and professionalism, they are also very affordable. I am so, so thankful for their services to our animals! Bring your dog here!!!

I really like this vet, I get appointments fast when it's urgent, waits are usually short and staff is really friendly. When my pet had a bad reaction to a vaccine they tried a bunch of different meds and other stuff to make her feel better and kept her there for observation free of charge.
