We visited the veterinary clinic with our dog Casey during our vacation. The eye treatment was quick, friendly, and careful. The lovely veterinarian handled our dog wonderfully, the treatment was successful, and she provided the necessary medication. We would gladly recommend this veterinary clinic and thank them again very much!
Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience. The veterinarian was unpleasant, unfriendly, and extremely rude. Furthermore, I didn't get the impression that he liked animals or showed any empathy for them. In my opinion, someone with this attitude is unsuitable for this profession. I cannot recommend him to anyone.
Dr. and Mrs. Gerstner are top-notch veterinarians; you can always rely on them, whether your pet is large or small! Thank you so much for your excellent work! The receptionists are also incredibly competent and friendly!
