Very friendly and professional. You can tell that the animal's well-being is their top priority. I was given a thorough explanation of the examination and the findings, and Dr. Leschnik took plenty of time for us. During a phone call a few days after the examination, the first question was how my cat was doing. Only then were further details discussed.
