Since moving, we've been patients here for about a year with our two dogs and are very satisfied. Dr. Möhringer responded to our (formerly) anxious dog with an unconventional treatment style – she simply received her injection while on my arm. This meant she didn't have to be restrained or otherwise pressured in this unpleasant situation, which helped her (and me!) a lot. I even found her diarrhea in the examination room worse than the doctor did. ^^ We've always had regular follow-up appointments with Ms. Schwarzmeier. She's approachable, open, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ms. Schwarzmeier readily accepts the fact that we're also working with a veterinary behaviorist for our female dog, who sometimes provides treatment recommendations, and doesn't take it personally. That's truly remarkable and only makes her more likeable. Absolutely fantastic! A bleeding, torn claw once brought our male dog to the emergency clinic on a weekend. The vet – whose name I can't quite recall right now, sorry! – was so kind and knowledgeable. The problem was quickly resolved, and the bothersome bandage was easily remedied with treats. The bill(s), by the way – even for the emergency service – was at the lower end of what's possible, thanks to the binding regulations of the German Veterinary Fee Schedule (GOT). Very reasonable for such a large, well-equipped, and well-staffed veterinary practice. The team on the phone, at reception, and the veterinary assistants are consistently friendly, helpful, and patient. When I sometimes see what's going on up front, I often think: Hats off to them! So, a huge THANK YOU to everyone!

I take both of my house cats to Dr. Klein and am so grateful and happy about it! She has already significantly improved the health and quality of life of both my cats, who are now quite old! She takes plenty of time, shows great patience and empathy for both animal and owner, and conducts comprehensive diagnostics, even after closing time. A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Klein for her expert care, provided with both heart and mind; we gladly make the trip from Switzerland for her.

Dr. Schwarzmeier is simply wonderful, a truly fantastic veterinarian. We're new to her with our dwarf rabbits and are extremely happy. She takes her time and explains everything thoroughly. We feel very well cared for. The staff are also incredibly friendly. We're so glad we found her... finally someone who knows about rabbits! A huge thank you! 😊😊👌👌🌼🌼

My cat was spayed here and I'm absolutely delighted! The team was very friendly, the advice was excellent, and the treatment was gentle. The surgery went smoothly and my cat recovered quickly. A definite 5 out of 5 stars!
