I can wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary practice. ❤️ I took my dog ​​to both of their vets and felt incredibly well cared for from the very first moment. While other vets had already given up on my dog, they didn't give up here – quite the opposite: they conducted thorough examinations, considered all the options, and did everything possible for both human and animal. I especially appreciate that they always considered alternative treatments and didn't immediately opt for the most expensive option. Here, the animal truly comes first – but so does the person behind it. Unfortunately, the moment every pet owner dreads eventually arrived. But even during this difficult time, the entire team was simply exceptional. They spoke to me openly, honestly, and with great empathy, so I was able to fully understand and accept the decision. I was given all the time in the world to say goodbye and was lovingly supported throughout. What touched me most was that you could feel the genuine bond the vets had also developed with my dog. They said their goodbyes – and that was anything but a given. Unfortunately, the moment every pet owner dreads eventually arrived. A huge thank you also to the volunteer who dedicated so much time to me. She helped me create memories I hadn't even thought of at the time – like a paw print or a few hairs from my dog.
